At Zouhi, we value our customers and want you to enjoy shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy:
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear, accessories, and customized/altered items cannot be returned.
Damaged or Wrong Product: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and product photos. We will arrange a replacement or process a refund.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
